Winter semester – final documents

Dear Students,
if you are leaving the AMU after the winter semester 2014-15, please remember about taking all the documents your Home Universities asked you about. If you visit my office I give you back the originals I have in my files. I also give you the confirmation of stay/confirmation of Erasmus study.

To get the final transcript of records you need to collect all the Course Completion Certificates (every course you had- one certificate- with mark and ECTS) and deliver them to Coordinator (dr Iwona Markuszewska) or to my office.
